Excellent doctor but poor customer service
I've been seeing Dr. Pallimulla for years. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. He cares about his patients and takes time to listen. Amazing staff too always willing to help.
Billed highly from lab work even after being reassured that they take my insurance! The office was not professional, they have a very sassy "I'm too busy for you" demeanor. The doctor and ultrasound tech however were super kind, enough where I willingly overlooked the office staff's behavior. The doctor admitted that he and his office don't often follow up on results so to call in if I don't hear anything within 2 weeks. I found it unprofessional but still not a deal breaker for me.
