Used them for U haul services only so this does not reflect their other side of the business. My UHaul couldn't be returned because someone's car was parked Infront of the gate, which caused an entire issue. Lots of phone calls, then to find out the They wouldn't be open the next day as well, so I had to be rerouted to another facility to drop off which cost me more gas, time and mileage. I wouldn't rent a UHaul from here because of this major inconvenience.
Cory,Jim and leonard were fantastic to deal with and have been super helpful even after the purchasing i wouldn't buy a tractor package anywhere esle. Thanks for the great experience.
Bought a tractor Salesman was straight to the point of getting me out of there, all he said was sign here here’s your warranty info and gave me owner manuals, not even showing or offering to show me how it worked. Update. After speaking with Cory he addressed my concerns and we will be working with him in the future.
These people have been amazing from buying to questions I have had. I highly recommend them. Great place to get your tractor.
