Cindy and Jim are fantastic. They understand how to take care of customers. I came to 405 Tractor because the guys across the highway couldn't figure out how to perform a clutch replacement on my Tractor. Jim looked at it and figured out how to get the job done (I appreciate you Jim). I wished I had contacted them in the first place. If you need some tractor work done right the first time, stellar customer service, and fair pricing, don't waste your time and go straight to 405 Tractor, They'll do you right! Rather Eat Lunch than rent Uhauls!!!! Horrible Service!!!!
Used them for U haul services only so this does not reflect their other side of the business. My UHaul couldn't be returned because someone's car was parked Infront of the gate, which caused an entire issue. Lots of phone calls, then to find out the They wouldn't be open the next day as well, so I had to be rerouted to another facility to drop off which cost me more gas, time and mileage. I wouldn't rent a UHaul from here because of this major inconvenience.
Cory,Jim and leonard were fantastic to deal with and have been super helpful even after the purchasing i wouldn't buy a tractor package anywhere esle. Thanks for the great experience.
