I bought a Axis 200dt Mini Skid Steer from Mahindra of Anderson a little over a year ago. We were using it in our backyard last weekend when it suddenly cut off and would not restart. I sent Paul a message and he promptly responded and came out with one of his mechanics the next morning. All I can say is if you value customer service you need to go see Duce. I’m very happy with my tractor and the deal I got on the 1635 what I’m even more impressed with is Duce. I’m new to the tractor world and Duce met with me multiple times and answered every question I had in detail before I pulled the trigger on my tractor. He was actually happy to talk about the tractors and wasn’t just trying to sell me stuff. There was no high pressure sales tactics just good customer service. This twitt in sales didn’t have the time for me , explained that the in house customers came first , didn’t want to respond in a timely manner or want to send me any information, I work offshore in the oil and gas business , I conduct business online everyday , my $$ aren’t good enough I wanted to buy equipment , not singular customer service should be handled by a professional not a child
Dropped the tractor off thinking I’d have time to tell the story of its death a few dozen times before it got fixed. Duece said “not today,” stared down the battery, and had it alive before I even found my keys,(i forgot the keys to the tactor). Fast, friendly, and heroic enough to make the rest of us look lazy. This is the kind of customer service they should write songs about.
