I was convinced a Mahindra was the way I wanted to go with purchasing (NW of Houston TX) since I need small but able to lift a round bale. But after reading all the atrocious service reviews, for a first time tractor owner, this scares me enough to buy from a company who will actually help me. What's really funny is if you read these reviews, one man says he's been trying for three months to reach a person but they keep referring him to an 877 number which does not get him to a person. I have my new tractor at a dealer. Bought it in July. I am told the battery is the issue and is under warranty. It has been at the dealer for a month waiting for a replacement battery. Seems like a minor issue meanwhile I am still paying for the machine and get zero use.

third class company! customer service rep have no respect and no kind way to speak with customers, cant even help with verifying a check. again: THIRD CLASS COMPANY!

I delivered a load to this place, I had 7 straps on my trailer, someone stole 3 of them after talking to them about it, they got angry, and delayed my paperwork, bottom line, they steal your straps to sell it to another truck driver, who came with no straps.
