The lady I talked with wasn't very nice on the phone. And had I know that the Mahindra subcompact tractors were made in China I would have purchased another brand! Because of course you know that disposable stuff that comes from china when it breaks.? This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. If I could give it 0 stars I would. I will make it my mission to keep messaging until I get a call or my OJA app works. The “877” number didn’t work for a week and the only way to get a hold of someone was to call finance to make a payment and it got routed to “customer service”. I’ve called 150 times and gone back and forth with “Darren” about issues with the OJA app. Also messaged Mahindra North America on linked in and online and got nothing.
