We own three (3) GenZe bikes and have helped 3 other couples acquire the bikes. We all love them and have had great help and service from GenZe. Would recommend to anyone.

Bad customer service and very unprofessional company. Had a problem with the bike and when I gave it for repair at a registered service center in San Francisco (a hole in a wall shop in the tenderloin) got it in a worse state and had to walk the bike home. They did not even try to help. I would recommend to stay away from this company or their service centers. Idk if this company gave up but I have reached out to them multiple times but never once I have heard back. If you’re gonna buy an e bike or electric scooter, go somewhere else because this company only cares about taking your money, you won’t ever hear back from them if you have any concerns. Worst customer service ever

I bought a Genze 102 at Costco in March 2019. Lasted fro 13 months, moderate use. Good customer service but this bike was not built to last. Returned it to Costco ( Thankful for their return policy). May spend more money on my next electric bike, but will get one that's reliable. The first time the bike's connectors failed I had to ride without power which is very difficult to do on this bike. At the end, completely lacked confidence that this bike would hold up.

I bought one of Genze's bikes on Craigslist from someone who said they traded a scooter for it and I spent way over my budget because it was still below market value. I ordered the battery charger through their website and they asked me to send the serial number because they didn't have me as a registered owner. They said this was to ensure I get the warranty. They then called and told me the bike I bought was reported stolen by the registered owner and said "sorry" and then without informing me, went straight to the police ... read more
