Training with Ruchita since April and already see and feel such a big difference. Wish I started sooner but with Ruchita specifically because she really is so knowledgeable. “I am extremely disappointed with this gym. My wife and I have tried multiple times to contact the number provided, but no one ever responds. Last night, the gym was open until 11 p.m., but there was no staff present. My wife had the app on her phone to unlock the door, but she forgot her phone inside. I called the gym number many times, but no one was available. If any incident occurs, no one inside the gym will be aware, as there is no responsible staff on site. Please address this urgently.”

This place is safe, clean, and actually secure. I’ve been to so many different gyms—including the big ones—and I never felt safe. People would stare you up and down or pretend to be working out while they were really just watching you or laughing, so I eventually just quit. Then I joined this place. It’s women-only and even the women in there are so kind. Some mind their own business and some are very friendly, but the best part is that I just feel secure.
