Kevin Campbell shaped up my Yamaha 150 4-stroke like new. Fixed an old trailer mount in my bow that must have been a bear. Talked me through every single thing he saw and fixed. Helped on other fronts, gratis. Super quick turnaround time. Felt like it was like the ‘old days’ when folks in this business really enjoyed what they did, did their work with integrity, and treated ‘customers’ like neighbors. I didn’t/don’t know him, fwiw. Kevin is a nice guy. However, I was under the impression he was Yamaha certified, which he isn’t (check Yamaha website). My service was done without OEM parts (oil, fuel filters, etc). Also, when I took my boat home, found that cats had scratched up my SeaDek. He offered to replace but the labor cost is more significant.
warning be aware of this place do not bring your boat here worked there for 2 weeks and left because Kevin fixes boats by reusing parts and doesn't want to spend the time on your boat unless your spending enough money poor rundown shop with cats everywhere using your boat for sleeping and a litter box had him try to steal my tools and had to call the police to get them back and didn't pay me for a hole weeks worth of work do yourself a favor and find another boat repair shop
