Our NTI Boiler failed to ignite and when the service company we had used to perform the annual maintenance attempted to fix it they were clueless. After 2 different technicians made 3 trips, spent more than 8 hours and replaced the igniter and flame sensor their solution was to replace the boiler. What a great find! Joe installed 3 single zone heat pumps in our home. He did an excellent job at a very fair price. Joe is very knowledgeable and a super nice guy too.
