I had a very negative experience with this provider. I was authorized for a cystoscopy, but after the procedure I had serious urinary problems and was later diagnosed with voiding dysfunction. Because of what happened, I believe a procedure may have been performed beyond what was authorized or explained to me. What makes this even more concerning is that the insurance adjuster, Kathy, later testified in deposition that she did not authorize urodynamic studies for any treating physician, including Dr. Patel.
