Summer and winter are 2 different places! Summer- weather permitting- offers fantastic setting, and great menu due to outdoor kitchen. Winter is limited, sub par, over priced heavy food. Owners are pretentious and obviously treat their employees like dirt! Saw women scorn an employee in front of customers over something not their fault. Either way beers are ridiculously priced. Go elsewhere in the winter!
We had the shepherd's pie just like my mom used to make. Soup was made fresh carrot ginger. Guinness was poured just right perfect slow poured pint. We all will be back for there st Patrick's day festival where they tent the whole grounds with music playing all night Slainte Mahers !
OMG The Food Is Disgusting – My wife and I went on Thursday at 5.30 and It was not very busy. We selected a table inside. It took over 15 Mins for the waiter to bring us a menu, he walked past us at least 8 times and I did remind him but in the end I went to the bar and got them myself. We should have taken that as our first sign!!!! We ordered drinks which he claimed that he knew how to make but no such luck. do not judge a book by its cover – I had been looking forward to eating here since the place looks so great from the outside. It has nice outdoor seating with lights and a garden area and music playing. It turned out to be a HUGE disappointment. The service is terrible, and the food was awful. Good Locale - Food Needs Improvement – The atmosphere of this place is great. This is the type of neighborhood place to grab a drink that LO has been waiting for. Unfortunately, the food ruins it. They are charging far too much for food that is way below par. My wife and I are huge fish and chips fans, so naturally that is what we ordered when we attended to grand opening of the new location. A Great Hangout – This a great place to get together with friends, even if you show up alone! The folks here are friendly and the faces become familiar. Between the music, dancers, and sports there always seems to be something going on. I can't wait for the new space, even more good times ahead.
