Our home builder hired Maher in 2010. The job was done on time, professionally. I've since called with a concern about the pressure reading on the mitigation. Rather than coming out and charging he explained how it worked and what to do to correct the reading. He then spent time explaining the system. I would recommend th to my friends and family.
Things like radon can be very tricky… Lack of information and fear can result in extremely high prices for mitigation, just like mold. It is so refreshing to come across such a kind, honest, and genuine business person like Mr. Mahar. I will be recommending both a radon test and a visit with him to everyone I know buying a home or with an existing home and no information about radon. He is extremely fair; I saw other quotes for up to twice as much for the same work. Lastly, nearly 30 years in business speaks for itself.
