I want to start off positive by saying Dr. Mourad was a great doctor. He tended to my dads needs and was very knowledgeable and respectful after my dad needing to come see him after an invasive procedure. Dr Mourad was very kind to my 91 year old mother. He addressed our concerns and made recommendations which we will certainly follow. His staff was also very helpful and considerate. We had a very pleasant first time visit and am happy to have him as our Internist.

This office used to be fantastic. The receptionists would pick up in a timely manner and they even remembered their patients. Dr. Mourad has been pretty consistent but seems to be fairly apathetic as of late. I think their are too many patients served by this office now and quality of care has suffered. Today I was on hold for 20 minutes before being hung up on. I called an hour later and was hung up on after about 30 seconds.
