WARNING Dr Maher delivered my baby in August of 2024 at NYP Methodist hospital. Post-birth he was stitching me and told me and my partner that the damage wasn’t too bad. I found out from nurses I had a second degree tear which is pretty normal. While spending the day after delivery in the hospital I was in so much pain but nurses brushed it off because I had just given birth and would obviously not feel great.
