They never answer my question
It took me over a month to get an appointment, and the staff were super nice when I first got to the office. The visit with the Dr was fine, she said she would order IV iron (I needed authorization). I call back 2 weeks later, only to be told (by Victor) there was no order for IV iron. I assured him that I watched her/Dr showed me on her computer submitting the order. He told me there was nothing he could do. After some back and forth he said he'd ask the Dr and I'd have to call back. Mind you, calling this place is another ... read more
