We received excellent care from the midwife, Cheryl Harrington. She prepared us well for what to expect & how to navigate giving birth in a hospital (not my first choice). 10/10 recommend seeing her. The billing/office was annoyingly inaccurate and clunky but typical for healthcare these days.
Refused to see me when I was only 12 minutes late, despite driving 50 minutes get there, as someone disabled. Not nice people.
Same complaints as others. This place ABSOLUTELY HATES MEN. With my oldest daughter I was disrespected from the start. And they refused for me to attend the appointment with my minor child. Fast forward 4 years. I have been nervous since the referral was made. My youngest daughter refusing to go to the appointment unless I go. Walk I. And SAME EXACT THING. EXTREMELY disgusting how men/fathers are treated. Last time I waited in the car. This time I am refusing to allow them to see my daughter and will go elsewhere.
