Same complaints as others. This place ABSOLUTELY HATES MEN. With my oldest daughter I was disrespected from the start. And they refused for me to attend the appointment with my minor child. Fast forward 4 years. I have been nervous since the referral was made. My youngest daughter refusing to go to the appointment unless I go. Walk I. And SAME EXACT THING. EXTREMELY disgusting how men/fathers are treated. Last time I waited in the car. This time I am refusing to allow them to see my daughter and will go elsewhere.
The staff are wonderful. However, billing is almost always incorrect & getting ahold of someone to help is impossible. Triple check your bills because we have been overcharged on almost every visit.
