MAHEC offers student doctors to poke and probe, misdiagnoses, over-prescribe, offer no continuity in care, multiple drug trials of same meds, rude and pompous "bedside" manner and no consideration for patients' input. DON'T GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR VICIOUS CYCLE. It's a school, and they're not doctors. Think more of yourself and your own health and go to a real doctor!
Find another, more experienced and professional health care provider. On a visit for debilitating menstrual cramps, I was told BC was my only option. The doctor wouldn't even prescribe an anti-inflammatory. I went to an OB-GYN after that and they discovered I have endometriosis. Thanks, doc! On my recent phone call regarding a change in medication w/o consultation, the doctor hung up on me! These doctors are pretentious, inexperienced, and unprofessional. I'm collecting my records and finding another provider.
