I had a scan booked with Isaac at Kāpiti Coast Ultrasound and now see why they aren't listed on Google maps to be reviewed. This was my first ultrasound scan, booked two months in advance. Isaac TEXT me the evening before my appointment to cancel to due to his 'last minute surgery'. When I questioned his professionalism and compassion as I was severely disappointed, excited as heck to see my baby for the first time, he mocked my compassion and made excuses about his surgery being last minute. Not impressed. Make sure you confirm with them their opening hours as they don't update online sources often enough. I wouldn't recommend them if you're on a low income, or on any long term medication. Keep an eye out for their extra fees. Make sure you get your 15 minutes!
I've never even seen my Dr in the three years or so I've been allocated to her. Always a fill-in. My prescriptions are often messed up, either sent to the wrong pharmacy or not sent to the pharmacy at all, causing me to take multiple trips out and wait on hold back to Mahara to sort it all out. I once had to go to the surgery only to have a video conference with a Dr who was remote - I mean, I could have done that remotely also.
