Always loved the area and higher quality of a house. Was my first house and I was fortunate to get in one. Everything is high quality and very comfortable to live in day in day out. The roof colors add more details to the color schemes they pick outside and inside works well together. Better get on the list they sale fast throughout the year.

Lisa at Mahar Property Management has repeatedly given me wrong information and says “no” to every request I’ve made. She should be fired or replaced as the front line representative. I have my own property management firm for my own income properties in Ashland. She is the worst, most unhelpful Mahar Property Management contact. Unless, of course, Mahar wants her to be uncooperative for all requests and just says “No” to everything I call about. We own a Mahar home. A few months ago the tiles on the fireplace just started dropping to the floor. I understand, homes have wear and tear, but a fireplace should last for years and years. We called and they basically said "tough beans" since the house was built more than a year ago. That is only the most recent issue.
