I was looking to buy new auto and home insurance. I was referred by a trusted friend to seek out Nationwide Insurance. However, the agent I was talking to never got back to me. She said she would call me back with a quote after I gave her all my information for my 2 cars and my house. After a week of waiting, I decided to bundle with PROGRESSIVE Insurance. Seems like Nationwide does not value new customers.
I called. They promised to get back with a quote. Never heard from them.
I was shopping around for my homeowner and auto insurance, I came cross Mahan Insurance service. Abby was the agent I was talking to. She was so knowledgeable, professional and so kind. I have to say she was the best insurance agent I had ever talked to. I was very impressed! Thank you for your help, Abby. :-)
