Girl with glasses behind the desk was just loudly talking about her personal life and then glaring at patients / customers... very weird and bad experience
Woman behind the desk was unprofessional ! Attitude was terrible !
The doctor doing the exam was very nice, no problems. However, the heavier girl with glasses working behind the desk was very rude. Short and judgmental tone was a stark contrast to the other staff. I probably won’t go to this location again because of her.
They sent me the wrong prescription. I didnt know til I opened the box and wore a pair and couldn’t see properly. Since I open the box, Mahan will not exchange or refund. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND NOW WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! Wtf?!? They never even asked about my vision or were concerned for my eye health. Not the kind of caring doctors I want to associate with. Way to save $130 today Mahan! My family and I will never return (you do the math). Jim V
Dr. Kirk is the best eye doctor I've ever seen in my 44 years. he explained everything to me. told me things about my eye that I've always wondered. He and his staff are by far the best.
