They sent me the wrong prescription. I didnt know til I opened the box and wore a pair and couldn’t see properly. Since I open the box, Mahan will not exchange or refund. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND NOW WANT ME TO PAY FOR THEIR MISTAKE!! Wtf?!? They never even asked about my vision or were concerned for my eye health. Not the kind of caring doctors I want to associate with. Way to save $130 today Mahan! My family and I will never return (you do the math). Jim V
Dr. Kirk is the best eye doctor I've ever seen in my 44 years. he explained everything to me. told me things about my eye that I've always wondered. He and his staff are by far the best.

I had an appointment on September 5 after not seeing them for a few years. The appointment went well, but after I left m, a week later I ended up getting a detached retina. After waiting several weeks for the surgery to heal, I called them up to see if I could get an updated prescription since things have changed. They got me right in and spent time with me to evaluate and determine what the new prescription would be.
