I called Mahalo Mechanical to check out a problem I was having with my HVAC. They sent someone out that same day, who thoroughly checked out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately for me, it required a full replacement of my HVAC system, but Mahalo gave me a fair price and sent out an impressive crew to remove the old and install the new. Our ac went out, called and Mahalo came out the next day. Lee was awesome. He assessed what was going on, determined what the issue was and fixed everything. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on and I signed up for their maintenance service. There was no sales pitch, it just made sense, especially with the weather here. I’d highly recommend Mahalo.

The selfishness in me does not want to promote this business because I don't want Mahalo to become too busy. But I cannot deny them of their superb customer service and work. The interactions with Brendan and Kaley (sorry for spelling) restore faith and confidence that there are still good business owners in our area. This is how you encourage customers to sign up for a maintenance plan. Highly recommend their services if you are in need of HVAC assistance! Thank you!!!
