Our ac went out, called and Mahalo came out the next day. Lee was awesome. He assessed what was going on, determined what the issue was and fixed everything. He explained everything to me so I understood exactly what was going on and I signed up for their maintenance service. There was no sales pitch, it just made sense, especially with the weather here. I’d highly recommend Mahalo.
The selfishness in me does not want to promote this business because I don't want Mahalo to become too busy. But I cannot deny them of their superb customer service and work. The interactions with Brendan and Kaley (sorry for spelling) restore faith and confidence that there are still good business owners in our area. I was recommended Mahalo Mechanical by a family member for my rental property and they came out the same day and fixed the issue right away. A few days later my own home had AC problems during one of the hottest weeks of the summer and again they showed up the same day and had everything working in no time. Incredibly professional fast and reasonably priced. I’m really happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

When our upstairs AC went out, I reached out to Mahalo Mechanical—and they came through in a big way. Even though it was late in the evening, a technician was at our home within a few hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful of the late hour, and had the system up and running quickly. Thanks to him, we slept cool that night! Truly above and beyond service. I won’t use anyone else going forward. Highly recommend!
