Customer service was very disappointing. This woman was rude and condescending to my ten year old daughter. Made an ordering error and still blamed the young customer. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this person to anyone.
Happened upon this fabulous store today and what a find it turned out to be. Purchased some beautiful items for my daughters birthday from the wonderful owner - who took the time to discuss the items I had chosen. Absolutely would recommend. I will definitely be back.
I have never met someone as caring about their customers as Shonel. The product quality is high and the price is amazing for all things. This is the best shop in Kempsey I recommend highly to anybody travelling by to stop in you won’t regret it!
