John Mahaley is the best in every way. Our Potter County trail club -- the Susquehannock Trail Club -- gets all our equipment from Mahaley's. John is super honest and conscientious and helpful. Whether it's about sales or service, we are so happy to have Mahaley's in our neighborhood.
The staff is nice and responsive. I was a bit disappointed when I had my chainsaw serviced and had trouble starting once I got home. It turned out the spark plug was not fully installed and fell out in my hand. Changed it, set the gap and it works fine.
