I should’ve wrote this review years ago. I have been seeing this wonderful doctor for maybe 15 years now. He would scope me almost yearly. He is so caring, takes the time to listen. He’s sympathetic and it will be devastating when he retires!!!

Dr. Mahajan is a awesome physician. Very caring and attentive. I have had several colonoscopies and EGT. He has removed polyps and diagnosed Barretts. I have never had a problem. No pain whatsoever. I would recommend him to all.
We have had Dr. Mahajan for years and fear the day he retires. He is the most caring and gentle Dr. My husband says that he has both upper & lower scoping done at the same time and comes out with the best sleep he's had. I've had several colonoscopies and other than the prep, it's not bad at all.
I had been to several gastroenterologists and none of them could pin point my problem, a friend recommended Dr. Mahajan and he was finally able to make a diagnosis. The last person's comment about the bill is wrong, that is not the bill from Dr. Mahajan, that is the charge for the out-patient hospital bill; my bill from Dr. Mahajan was very reasonable and my insurance paid the entire bill after my deductible was met. I know this because I had procedures done at many out-patient facilities.
Gross overcharges. Never went back after the endoscopy and colonoscopy were done. Could not afford to go back after being billed for $3400 for "my portion" of $13500 billing.
I've had two colonoscopies done by Dr. Mahajan many years ago. He was very gentle and is a caring physician. He also removed polyps and gave me a copy of the photographs and explained everything to me. I just had a colonoscopy done by Dr. Hayne at Metro. It was very painful and he was not caring. It was so painful I even tried to move while under sedation and the nurse held me down and put a bruise on my arm. You can have every confidence in Dr. Mahajan.
