0 stars ! My mom was scammed by them ! The papers they sent over had a check mark where she agrees to everything an she did not check it ! Then gets a form saying they see that she has not signed the agreement , well that’s fraud checking a box for someone then realizing they messed up a now trying to get her to sign something ! Total scam !!

This is a scam ! Do not trust them ! My mom gave them 2k an 5 hours later decided not to use them ! She is 78 a made a mistake ! She did not sigh any paperwork an asked for her money back ! They blocked her number an changed there’s ! We have filed with the BBB ! Any lawyer that refuses to give money back for absolute no service is not worth being called a lawyer ! Karen Durant is a scam artist ! She is nasty ! PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY ! Scam scam scam ! They have done this to a number of people !!
While they get their money up front, there is then no communication. When you call, you get a lady from New York that knows absolutely nothing and no one. Over the last 5 days my wife and I have left 6 messages for someone, anyone, to call us back. Its Friday after noon, no call back. I believe these people are bogus, and this is a scam. Thumbs down on MAH Advising. Be careful. Richard Y.
This firm and Mr. Hurckes have the highest ethical standards. They really know the law and apply it without sugarcoating anything. Highly recommend!
