Very bad experience with notary services. We are regular customers and you made the simple work so hard for us. Bad experience.time wasting.
The bank staff is helpful except the Manager. We have bad experience for the notary service. We went there for getting one document notarized, she showed us rules and asked us to come again with specific typing (not hand written) at the bottom. We are like regular customers, and not expert in arguing regarding law or rules for such simple notary work. It was not a will or something complicated documents. Excellent bank, excellent staff patient & professional!
Nasty manager to say the least. My mother has been a loyal customer for over 40 years at this particular location. Many of the lovely staff members have since retired and the place is now managed by a rude older women with zero kindness within her. My mother asked me to drive her the 45 minute from my home in Hamilton two while she was staying with us this week from NY to do her banking here.
