I ordered online and got carryout one night to eat on the balcony of my AC Asheville hotel. The restaurant looked attractive inside, and although I had seen some reviews complaining about the service, that wasn't my experience at all. Wow, we were impressed! I think that is the best sushi I've had in Asheville! Even my partner, who is very particular about flavors, loved it.
Classic & classy location. Has a typical sushi bar to eat at, multiple tables, booths and chairs. Dim lot, perfect for a upscale feel. Great service the whole time. Full drink menu, red, white, speciality wines, cold and hot sake, draft beer and bottles. Now the sushi, outstanding specialty rolls, and flavor combinations. Otoro was good as well. Everything seemed fresh. The only downside was the edamame, coldish, not very salted and hard. Thank you for helping us celebrate our 7th year of marriage.
