Had a great buying experience with Tyler Brown. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the buying experience easy.
Matt there sold to me a Subaru Forester Premium-grade (has a sunroof and a lot of extra safety features) and I REALLY like it!! It drives just like my former 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and is the same size--seats 5. Matt did everything well and made the paperwork almost painless, but my Stepdaughter Kreshna says he did everything he was supposed to but offer up coffee or water, which she says is standard procedure in Chicago where she has visited 3 dealerships and they all did it. Matt gets my 5-star review.
Tyler was super helpful in every way as was his manager Corey. This is my dream car and they worked hard to make it happen perfectly and quickly. I'm very impressed with both of them and the wonderful service I received from them. And I love love the car!
My car broke down 500 miles from home and I had to get back the morning after for an emergency in the family The people here took my request even though they were very busy for the holiday and was extremely nice and professional!
