I called about several issues, codes, oil change, open recall, but they only recorded the oil change and they wanted to charge me for the oil that I brought as well. For each code they wanted a 300 Dollar, why can't they disgnose eveything at once? They wanted to rush me to sign, leave the keys and leave, so I just left without doing anything. Worst experience for sure.
Overcharge for everything--130 for an oil change is ridiculous, quoted me 200 (plus 100+ in labor) for a tail light which I instead bought online for 40 and replaced in 20 minutes with no experience, wanted to do additional other services during oil change (filter and brake fluid change) which SHOULD cost a combined 30-40 in parts and could have been done very quickly and easily as the tires were off already, but they wanted HUNDEDS more
