Their service department is incompetent and irresponsible. I bought a Kona with a warranty for the tires from them. When I got a flat tire and brought the car to them, they told me if I was to use the warranty, "there's no eta for the tire", but if I'm willing to pay around $1000 to change all four of them, they can get it done by the same day.
