Honda of Ithaca -- Avoid like the plague It's hard to say much of anything good about our local Honda dealership. Their service facility/staff is poor, poor, poor. They'll also try to rip you off for unnecessary repairs, either by design or pure ignorance, far and above what we've seen from other dealerships. The sales end is only slightly better. Excellent quality work, very accomodating staff My experience with Honda of Ithaca is that the customer service is superb. They have been more accommodating to my needs when I purchased a vehicle than any dealer I have ever purchased a vehicle from (and I have purchased a minimum of 40-50 new cars in my lifetime).
