This clinic made it clear they care more about rigid rules than patient care. I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences here. I scheduled an appointment and even changed my PCP just to be seen at this location. Out of courtesy, I called ahead to inform them I might be a few minutes late due to traffic.
