This clinic made it clear they care more about rigid rules than patient care. I had one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences here. I scheduled an appointment and even changed my PCP just to be seen at this location. Out of courtesy, I called ahead to inform them I might be a few minutes late due to traffic. This facility almost cost me my life all because I offended one of the providers ego since then I've had two surgeries to fix the damage that that doctor intentionally ignored while mocking me. The office manager refused to submit my request for medical records and tried to prevent me from getting copies of it luckily I was able to go outside of their Network and request my paperwork. Dr. Ahmed is fantastic and really listens to you. She is super kind and understanding, won’t put you on medication if it’s not necessary, which I feel some doctors just throw it at you and chance they can get. She has been really helpful in getting to live a healthy life.
