My daughter had a bad skiing accident and saw the Dr. The office is so poorly managed that they couldn’t figure out how to send authorization for an MRI for a torn ACL. They told her the wrong location and didn’t send the complete order to the correct location. No way we will let that Dr perform surgery if they can’t get basic testing completed. Would give zero stars if I could!
Great doctor. Great PAs. It is very clear that they care about their patients.
Horrible experience dr early sucks
Started off ok, but subsequent visits we were frequently seen by a physicians assistant, not the orthopedic specialist. They never answer the phone and do not return repeated messages asking for a call back. Recently, they scheduled a followup but did not get the authorization from the primary care physician and did not communicate to us a need, until we showed up for the appointment. Then they refused to see us after collecting a co-pay. Good luck getting a refund when they don’t answer the phone or respond to messages!
