I just bought a 2022 Equinox last week from Mo Badwan, and I want to say it was an excellent buying experience! My wife and I were attending the Central New York Scottish games, we had a tent representing our Clan. The driver side sliding door would not close. By phone trying to solve this problem as I did not want to drive 200 miles with the door open. Call the service dept at Maguire it was about 2:30 Eric said no promises but he would look at it. With the open door drove to the service bay and Eric tried to close the door, no luck. I’d recommend not coming here if you need service. I originally came in due to electrical issues on my Charger EV. Long story short is that the car was there for 4 months and wasn’t able to get the issue resolved. I eventually brought it to Burdick in Cicero and was able to fix my issue within 3 days. I don’t know what they were doing during that time nor why they never reached out to FCA to have a master technician come in.
