I was booked in for an appointment for 9am. I work nights so I sleep for most of the day. After getting bombarded with texts and phone calls, I called on Friday to confirm appointment but they were closed. I received yet another text stating I had to confirm my appointment by 11am, but when I called to confirm my appointment at 905am they had cancelled my appointment. Really is a terrible way to run things. I don’t think I’ll be back here at all.
Attended today and from the ladies on reception straight through to the brilliant dentist Peter and dentist assistant l couldn't have asked for more professional, helpful and pleasant team. Thankyou so much.
