I called this place in June because I received an email saying my application was selected to live here. I received the email was selected May 28th 2025. Sandra stated she called me on the 28th of May and left a vm on my old phone. Since I no longer have the number I told her I called her in June. She said " We are in this office everyday and she never got a call from my number " not sure what her ATTITUDE is about. If I could give zero I would! This complex is infested with mice and roaches and the management does not care. They are not even trying to get rid of them. This has been an ongoing problem. I am moving as soon as I can. I absolutely hate living here. Run far away!
Magruders Discovery is a great Apartment but there are a lot of people littering there there's a playground there it's a great apartment but there are also a lot of racist people but it a great apartment
