Had a really bad ear infection was in and out quick with very kind and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommended if you live close by; also nice to have a pharmacy attached since we lost Rite Aid. Left my appointment and picked up medicine within 5 minutes of discharge.
Dr Tim Halstead is the rudest Dr I’ve ever seen in an urgent care. Brought my daughter in for a cough that she hasn’t been able to shake for a few weeks. Dr Halstead told me “well she doesn’t look sick”. Then proceeded to criticize me for not taking her to primary care physician. My fault for not wanting to wait to weeks for her to see primary. Absolutely ridiculous. Highly recommend seeking other urgent care other than Magruder.
Everytime we go to this urgent care we have to go see the doctor the next day to get medication for my kids. Horrible place. They saw my kids tonsils swollen and red and sent him home with nothing. My daughter had pink eye and she got nothing. Never recommend this place.
