Do not waste your time. When I arrived no one was in waiting room, was roomed and seen by a nurse within the first 20 min of being there then proceeded to wait an hour and still no Doctor. When I asked how much longer, there were till two rooms ahead of us. Needless to say I took my sick 1.5 year old and went elsewhere.
Went there 3 times and everytime they stand way in the corner and look at me. End up having to go to a different dr or the emergency room shortly after then emergency room doctor tells you they were wrong and gives you a different diagnosis.
Even though they were very busy today, the staff were very efficient, kind and professional. Dr. Andrea and nurse Terri are a great asset! I appreciate them very much! Thank you !
Have been sitting here waiting for a half hour. Room is full. Others tell me they have been waiting an hour and a half. Ridiculous. It’s called URGENT care. Not sure if staffing is an issue or what, but urgent care should not take this long. I guarantee people can’t get the proper care they need if this place is understaffed and people flowing out of the waiting room. They are just going to rush patients in and out of here once we finally get in. Not a proper staff to patient ratio.
