Unable to communicate by phone!! They cancel an appt for my husband today without advising us because Dr Galen had left the practice .. it took over forty minutes to get someone on the line and now the next available appt is until June 20th. If you need to communicate with this office better get in your car and drive there! If you have the option of choosing another eye care center do yourself a favor an run from this place. My mom went there today for a 8:45 AM appointment she sat there till 10 minutes of 11 before she almost passed out because she's a diabetic they told her her appointment wasn't till 945 after she got up three times and asked why it was taking so long. Wheni called they are to find out why they made her wait so long they said that when she showed up at 8 45. They stated they told her appointment wasn't till 945 and that she left lies lies lies my mother never left. I will never refer anyone here. There receptionist is a liar.... read more
Be prepared to WAIT in the waiting room then in the examining room. Our average waiting time is aprox. 2hours.
Excellent doctors and staff. Just had 2nd cataract surgery and its going perfectly.
