This doctor is a nightmare. My aunt who is highly independent lady was referred to Dr Warner by Magruder Eye clinic to correct sagging upper eyelid skin that had left her with reduced range of visibility. After the surgery she was given a couple of papers with vague post op instructions, the doctor did not see her before leaving the recovery room and she was told that she should follow the instructions and the doctor would see her 2 MONTHS LATER. i had cateract they ask for 200 per eyes measurements that is crazy what about people who dont have it they act like they dont care im trying to get my itimized state ments they are refusing me so i can i get reinburst from my ins comp so people that dont have money over time can go blind the doctor was great the billing staff no

I have been a patient of Magruder Eye Institute – Mills Avenue, Orlando, for many years and have always found the doctors and many of the staff to be effective, considerate, and attentive. However, scheduling appointments by phone has consistently been extremely difficult. The new call-back system has helped somewhat, but challenges remain. I schedule a surgery appointment in December I found out they never sent it. The authorization to the insurance  i’m going blind and nobody can help me

I have been scheduled since December for eye surgery I come to see a week before the eye surgery. They had not submitted my insurance request. I have an emergency I can’t see and now there’s a possibility I may not get the surgery.  They lied to me my insurance never got the request

This is the worst establishment for a doctors office that I could ever imagine. I am a glaucoma suspect, and I have been going here for many years. Even though there's long waits and rude upfront desk people I was happy with my doctor and treatment. this was until l had a major problem with my eyes. It was very red and quite painful. I was very concerned that this could be glaucoma and I called the office and over a course of three days I was treated just horribly. Unable to communicate by phone!! They cancel an appt for my husband today without advising us because Dr Galen had left the practice .. it took over forty minutes to get someone on the line and now the next available appt is until June 20th. If you need to communicate with this office better get in your car and drive there! If you have the option of choosing another eye care center do yourself a favor an run from this place. Stay away from their optical department. I have a $400 pair of useless prescription sunglasses through no fault of my own, except trusting that the company I was dealing with was neither incompetent or dishonest. Get your eye glass prescriptions filled anywhere else.

I wish there was someone at this place that cared about the horrible experience they put u through. BUT THEY DON'T!
