If you like people getting into your business and members acting like it’s high school and the policy that the board can enter your home whenever they want. The constant repairs to everything and cracked foundation and the fact they can not properly insure the place. Then this is the place for you. I have never had even a rental landlord harass me as much as this board did. Walls are thin as paper so you might as well have conversations out in the hall. Worst place ever to live.
