Indeed the servers do not come across as the most friendly person in town, that said, they are super accommodating with custom orders and I had never had a bad meal here, it certainly worth trying it
Everything. Fresh, delicious , and comforting atmosphere. I eat here all the time, and think it is the best all around RESTAURANT in Chester, n y. Food is amazing. Something for everyone.
Such a low rating due to several reasons: 1) the order has been placed over the phone and it was specified that it consists of 3 separate order – all the rolls have been placed in the same bowl 2) Even though the place has been empty it took them 30 min to make the order (had to wait inside after arrival) – really, 4 rolls take 30 min to make? 3) I ordered their special roll – Magoya roll. Stay away! Worst sushi restaurant in Orange County! The fish is fresh but the portions are tiny and not worth the price. Had the chirashi and I left much poorer and still hungry. Never coming back.
Not very friendly and pricey for the small amount of fish they put in their rolls. Go to Plum House in Monroe for very friendly service, very fresh food and more bang for your buck.
One of the best places for sushi in the whole area. Pricey but well worth it. They need to be a little more friendly though hehe
Love their stone pot Bebimbop. Fresh Kimchee is a cut above regular.
magoya japanese restaurant has the best sushi in the area! After trying several attempts at getting decent sushi in the Warwick/Chester area - my husband and I were thrilled to discover Magoya. They have a great sushi menu - some personal favorites include the Mango Roll, Chester Roll and Dynamite Roll. On most occassions the service at Magoya is always outstanding.
