If I could give them 0 stars I would. I bought tickets online for New Years day and when I arrived for my appointment time they were closed! Its been a month of me trying to contact them for a refund and I have yet to have someone answer my phone calls or messages. They completely stole my money and have yet to refund me. I am so upset and definitely will be telling everyone I know to never buy tickets from them ever again.
Arguably the best $5 you can spend at the wharf. Classic fun.
A fun place to get lost. =) This is a must stop when visiting Pier 39.
A lot of FUN!
It's prettt cool and fun. It's just smaller than I expected. Also, the girl who was working the front, turned off the good music like 5-10 minutes in. We were wondering what happened. She then gets on loud speaker telling us we need to come out because she was going on break. I told her we were finishing and she kept the music off. She was very unprofessional!
