The best Insurance company
The person who runs the front counter (Ms. Cook) certainly does not like to help customers at all. When I did business with her, everything was a hassle to her and nothing was urgent unless it was deemed so by her discretion (which it never was). She was always the only person working in the office so I never could luck out and have the pleasure of dealing with someone who appreciated my business keeping his/her paychecks coming.
