Coachs compétents et très sympathiques. Volonté d'aider, soutenir et d'amélioration très présente. Entraide entre les participants, donc très motivant. Installations ou chacun y trouve son compte. Ce n'est pas le gym le plus récent, mais chaque équipement est fonctionnel et donne le rendement qu'on souhaite.
