I worked on projects with MKA, and I was not impressive at all. They were not good team players. Senior principals had strong ego and they were unable to collaborate. Often, they blamed on challenges on other team members. Shop drawings were returned late throughout projects. I had better experience with other structural firms in Seattle.
Best Engineering firm in the city
Work is stressful, junior engineers get all blame for project issue, a lack of growth opportunity, a lack of diversity in senior leadership (seriously look at their website and see how many African American or Hispanic are in their leadership, zero and none).
