I liked Dr Toy a lot and the ladies that assist him . My only issue was I’ve been going there for 20+ years on and off . Never had any outstanding bills . Had to take off work to take care of a sick parent . The receptionist said since I don’t have any dental insurance I’d have to be “paid up on day of service”. I could do that , but I’ve decided to switch offices , I don’t want to have to get emergency work done and not be able to because I don’t have the funds readily available.
I never thought I’d look forward to going to the ‘dentist’ but I do! Nothing like a quality cleaning! This team is the real deal! Absolutely positively amazing service all around! Polite, extremely knowledgeable, they all ACTUALLY care about YOU and YOUR dental health! I have been going here for almost 20 years! They are family to me. My whole family goes here! I have had Dr Toy redo my front crowns, and made whitening trays. I also have a 3yo and 18mo old and the staff was well experienced with kids!
I have always had high anxiety with dentists.All the people here for very pleasent and I actually felt at ease.Dr Toy and Myra were great and I got through the procedure pain and anxiety free.
Sadly this place is going downhill. Lori is amazing and the rest of the staff cares. But when you have the rudest person EVER named Roxanne as the face of your door, it's disgusting. Her customer service is beyond rude. After 13 years, we are sadly now having to seek our business elsewhere.
