The Team at Toy Family Dentistry has always been welcoming and helpful. Dr. Toy and my hygienist clearly care very much for their patients, put in extra effort to keep them comfortable, and are happy to explain everything about the process!
Today was my first appointment at Toy family denistry, I was impressed by how friendly and professional everyone was. The place was clean and spotless. Kate the Hygienist gave the best and most thorough dental cleaning I ever had. She took as much time as she needed to get it perfect. DR Erik Toy gave an examination and made sure I did not have ant questions. I am happy I chose Toy Family Dental! This place is the best!
I had been driving back to Madison for years for my dental care. When my dentist there retired, I took the advice of several family members and transferred to Dr. Magnusson. I was disappointed to hear that he was retiring because I think that he is a first-rate dentist, but Dr. Toy is truly amazing. I liked Dr Toy a lot and the ladies that assist him . My only issue was I’ve been going there for 20+ years on and off . Never had any outstanding bills . Had to take off work to take care of a sick parent . The receptionist said since I don’t have any dental insurance I’d have to be “paid up on day of service”. I could do that , but I’ve decided to switch offices , I don’t want to have to get emergency work done and not be able to because I don’t have the funds readily available.
I never thought I’d look forward to going to the ‘dentist’ but I do! Nothing like a quality cleaning! This team is the real deal! Absolutely positively amazing service all around! Polite, extremely knowledgeable, they all ACTUALLY care about YOU and YOUR dental health! I have been going here for almost 20 years! They are family to me.
