Our family has been with Magnuson Ortho for years now and on our third family member. Just a super place, incredible work by Dr. Magnuson and staff from front desk to all the hygienists. Couldn't be happier with the crew whose always cheerful and really, really good at what they do. Can't imagine going anywhere else.
Dr. Shannon Magnuson and her staff have been exemplary at caring for my family for our orthodontic needs. They know us all by first name, so much so, that we don't even need to check in with their fabulous front office coordinator Courtney. Their business manager Shelia is top notch and has worked diligently to make sure that between insurance and what we private pay, that we are always kept up to date on this process. I highly recommend this office for honesty, friendliness and professionalism. Our situation was not typical, as we moved here from out of state and my son already had braces on, Shannon really worked with us on many levels to complete the work on my son's mouth for a very fair price and on time before he left for college. Prior to meeting this office, another local orthodontist NOT associated with this one, really tried to fleece our family but our instincts were right not to give our business to him.
