I’d give it zero stars if I could. Called 2 hours prior to arrival and when we get there, first room toilet won’t flush at all. Second room the card worked but was dead bolted and locked. THE THIRD room smelled like straight mold and mildew and was gross. The front desk, Tony, didn’t even bother to check any of these rooms before our arrival to make sure they were prepared AND couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Very disappointed with this hotel. I am currently trying to survive domestic violence and homelessness, and an organization was helping me and my children with a hotel stay. During that stay, staff reportedly told them that I was “leaving with a man” and had “rolls of hundreds,” neither of which was true. The “man” they referred to was simply a guest from the room next to mine who happened to leave at the same time I did and held the door open while leaving with his child.
