I purchased a brand new 2022 ford F-150 from Magnuson ford in February of 2022. Shortly after taking delivery of the truck I started to experience issues with the transmission, I was instructed to take it to their sister dealership metro motors after Magnuson cancelled my appointment. It was found to be missing 1/2 litre of transmission fluid, however the mechanic at metro motors informed me this was a known issue from factory and Magnuson should have checked the level which they did not. Darren the Fixed Operations Manager and the rest of the staff that I have dealt with in the service department demonstrate a clear priority toward proactive communication and customer satisfaction.
Took my vehicles for service here. Awesome staff. Chris in service went above and beyond to assist me. They shuttled me to where I needed to go, did the service in half of the time, picked me up from the location and even washed my truck. Will definitely come back here and recommend them to family / friends. Thanks again.
