We just closed on our new home, on time, only because of the professionals at Magnus. Initially the other party had wanted to use someone else and it was one fiasco followed by miscue after the next. Our agent finally convinced them to change to Magnus. In two hours Shawni at Magnus got more done than had been accomplished in the week before. All documents were accurate, to include deeding to the correct names, etc and the wire service was simple and straight forward. Go straight to Magnus and make closing easy and smooth!
